I thought the game was great fun. Those lads don't hold back. And well done the WRU for bringing these games back from North Wales.

A game ruined as a spectacle.  The ref was absolutely dreadful - for both sides

I don't agree.

It was the players dropping the ball, kicking straight out, rushing out in defence. English players completely losing composure. Seemingly baffled to lose a game.

The ref made the breakdown dangerous.

However I am used to URC referees...

I have never seen such an inept ref in all my life. And I mean it.  Wales v England under 20's.  He shouldn't even ref a minis game

He's a regular on our TVs in the URC...

I was disappointed when they decided to move these games from the North. I went to a few games and it was always a great atmosphere (England fan btw). It was one of the only things that the WRU were doing right, growing the game in a region that pretty much gets forgotten about.

I, for one, hope they bring it back north again.

Having the game in Cardiff the day before the big game in Cardiff seemed like a good plan.

I thought the ref was dreadful and it was surprising things didn't kick off until this happened twice in last 5 mins. I must stress that I don't blame him for the England defeat - that stemmed from the commitment and desire of the home side, coupled with the error count and indiscipline of the visitors, who went scoreless for the last 2/3rds of the game and deserved what they came away with - nil points

Let's hope lightning doesn't strike twice in same city within 24 hours...

Henry Pollock.
Last season wearing the Blue of Bedford.
Bedford and Northampton partnership, young players in competitive action.

A good result for England. Bill Sweeny looking at us miserable bunch, “I might be killing your clubs. But England are doing well.”

The older I get, the more the RFU leave me confused.
