Pilgrims Progress (Weatherspoons) Midland Road or The Ship in St Cuthbert's Street may be showing it!

A reliable source tells me perhaps The Grafton Hotel  about  300 yards on the  corner turning right out of the station.  Failing that it looks like the high street pubs, particularly The Brew House at the  Goldington Road end, but that's not exactly near the  station ,Maybe someone else might know of more Look forward to seeing the Jersey Boys šŸ‘šŸŗ
Evidently the Grafton has 7 screens so you could maybe check as you arrive in Bedford.  Cheers  G J.

It may be worth checking with the club too as they usually show the games on the big screen in the marquis after the match. A lot of the pubs near the station are quite football centric!

Donny have some good players, but pack are a bit portly and knocking on a bit. Expects Scots to take it.

By knocking on a bit you mean Mr Quigley (39) and possibly Mr Challinor (34)

By portly you mean Mr Quigley big Joe is just that ā€˜BIG’

The catch is he (Mr Quigley) can still out scrummage most in this league and fancies another season at it next year.....
I had to laugh at this post CPK.  We have a supporter who stands with us who is the dead spit of (a younger) CQ.  Every time CQ bores in at a scrum he shouts ā€˜behave yourself dad’. Big smile

Bedford will be showing both opening Six Nations matches. The clashes between Wales v Italy (KO 14:15) and Ireland v Scotland (KO 16:45) will be shown live around the ground, including on the big screen in the Scrum Bar.

Here goes for this weekend:

Yorkshire Carnegie 0 - 5 Nottingham - still awaiting the Carnegie revival. Not happening tonight.
Doncaster Knights 1 - 4 London Scottish, tight game but think the Exiles pack power will prevail.
Bedford 1 - 4 Jersey Reds, another too close to call, think the Reds will just do enough to take this.
Coventry 2 - 4 Cornish Pirates , decent home record for Cov this season, but Cornish might dig out the win.
Ealing TF 5 - 0 Hartpury - Ealing to have too much power for whoever turns up for Hartpury.
Newcastle Falcons 5 - 0 - David to slay Goliath? Not this weekend.

Have a super rugby weekend, club, international’s or whatever level you prefer to watch.

Ealing Trailfinders team to play Hartpury on Saturday 1st February at Trailfinders Sports Club: Huh? We played really well last Friday, and then 7 changes to the squad. I understand that Tommy Bell took a knock, but why switch out Elijah Niko from 14, where his power was opening up all kinds of room in the center of the field? I know that Kieren Murphy is also injured, but where is Jordan Els (and why'd he shave his beard)? Also, after a brilliant display, Jordan Burns disappears, and he was fit as a fiddle coming off the field last week. I don't understand this lineup at all, and I'm going to go change my prediction. As a bonus, we seem to have picked up Levi Davis from Bath for the week? Anyhow, Alun Walker is tough as nails to be in the line up this week - I watched him throw himself onto a loose ball even with an arm that was dangling limply. He got splattered, but stopped an otherwise clean break.

15 Peter Lydon 14 Pat Howard 13 Jack Tovey 12 Harry Sloan 11 Reon Joseph 10 Craig Willis 9 Nathan Fowles 1 Will Davis 2 Alun Walker 3 Elliot Millar Mills 4 Ben West 5 James Cannon 6 Shane Buckley 7 Jordy Reid 8 Rayn Smid Ā©

Replacements:

16 Matt Cornish 17 Jake Ellwood 18 George Davis 19 Sam Dickinson 20 Adam Korczyk 21 Craig Hampson 22 Steven Shingler 23 Levi Davis

Peter Lydon back from Bedford ! I have not seen Jack Tovey since Rosslyn Park game, pre season  . It is good to see Nathan Fowles playing , he is a very experienced scrum half and really bosses the pack around . You could see him directing forwards around the break down against London Scottish.
Ambition should be made of sterner stuff.

Happy to see Peter back, sad it had to be because of injury. With Both Bell and Johnston out Ealing has had to bring in a loanee 15, so I would think they would need to get a lot healthier...
