So we have gone from 5 unbeaten teams to 2 in the space of a weekend, with both on 20pts and only 2 teams yet to break their duck. There also seems to be civil war breaking out in Kent back on last weeks thread I am away on a trip next week, so will post Week 6 at the end of this week and may need to leave the scores for a week Brighton CS
Stags Guernsey Tunbridge Wells Guildford Tring Hertford LIWG Sidcup Rochford Wimbledon Bedford Dorking Sevenoaks

Before making any predictions and in light of the above, was just wondering if there is anyone on this forum from Rochford Hundreds who might enlighten the fold as to their meteoric success over the past few seasons. Clearly I for one will not be predicting against them in the immediate future, particularly after last weeks win over Guernsey, and at least until they are beaten. I suspect that will happen before the seasons end at Wimbledon, Guernsey or possibly even at Sidcup Failing any response to my invitation perhaps we might hear from any other Essex club posters to either dispel or confirm the status quo. Finally anyone on here confident enough to predict if and when they will lose their unbeaten run, and if so by which team?

Thought I would get in early....
B'ton 4 v 1 CS, Home advantage and time to get some more points. Dorking 1 v 4 7Oaks, think 7Oaks can nick it. Guernsey 5 v 2 TWells, everybody loves an away day, Islanders to bounce back after last weeks result. Guildford 0 v 4 Tring, not sure about this one. Herts 5 v 0 LIWG, seen both teams, stick my neck out. Sidcup 2 v 5 R100, the unstoppable machine? Wim 5 v 1 Bedford, hard place to go to pick up points. Have a great rugby weekend, I will! |

Brighton 4-0 Civil Service (brighton to come good) Guernsey 0-5 Tunbridge Wells (Guernsey softened up by 100s, TW to ruin the opening of the new Footes Lane) Guildford 0-5 Tring (long season for Guildford) Hertford 5-1 London Irish Amateur (Irish aren't the threat we thought they were) Sidcup 0-5 Rochford (Banker of the week) Wimbledon 5-0 Bedford (Dons to keep up the pressure) Dorking 1-4 Sevenoaks (Oaks finally bed down) |

Brighton 5-0 Stags - The south coast team to get on the board against the 'social team'.
Guernsey 5-0 Tunbridge W - Exciting game but Islanders at home. Guildford 1-4 Tring - Arm wrestle. Hertford 5-1 LIWG - Not sure about LIWG and Hertford strong at their 'refurbished' ground. Sidcup 0-5 Rochford - Sidcup may have won three but not part of the big boys in this league. Wimbledon 5-0 Bedford - Straight to the clubhouse for beers? Dorking 5-0 Sevenoaks - As above unless the Oaks forwards bully the questionable Dorking pack. Edited by TakethePoints - 04 Oct 2019 at 16:54 |

Heard on the grapevine that Worthing fullback Dave Mcillwaine has become a player coach at Brighton. Can anyone confirm or deny? He is a hell of a player.

Brighton 5 v CS Stags 0 - Battle of the current cellar dwellers, CS not troubling the scorers often.
Guernsey 5 v TW 0 - Islanders to bounce back following leaky performance vs the 100. Guildford 4 v 1 Tring - Low scoring upset home win here. Hertford 5 v LIWG 2 - Hertford's tough opening run continues, first home win in front of a big crowd. Sidcup 0 v 100 5 - The 100's big pack to roll over Cup. Wimbeldon 5 v Bedford 0 - Bedford brought back to earth following impressive first win. Dorking 5 v Sevenoaks 0 - Dorking at home are a different beast. |

Brighton CS
Stags 5-2 Try fest on the South Coast Guernsey Tunbridge Wells 5-0 Guernsey to roll over TW comfortably. Guildford Tring 1-5 Lose this and Tring might be in trouble. Hertford LIWG 5-2 Feast of attacking rugby on display, could be a basketball score (and go either way) Sidcup Rochford 0-5 Sidcup might cause a shock, then again I might play in the World Cup final. Wimbledon Bedford 5-2 Wimbledon to edge a Bedford team that may have started to wake up. Dorking Sevenoak 5-0 Never bet against Dorking at home. Right? |

BRIGHTON 4-1 Cs Stags- Expect a narrow home win and some confidence building for Seagulls.
GUERNSEY 5-1 Tunbridge Wells-Take nothing from an away defeat to 100's, so Raiders at home to continue their trundle back to L4. Guildford 1-4 TRING- Visitors to get their season going after tough battle. HERTFORD 5-1 Liwg- Hertford too strong at home and Geese to lose out in close contest. Sidcup 0-5 ROCHFORD 100- Visitors in compelling mood and comfortable win on the road to break the Cup good run of form WIMBLEDON 5-0 Bedford Ath- On all form a tough trip for Ath. Cannot envisage any other result. DORKING 5-0 Sevenoaks- A replication of the win against LIWG will be enough to see off a spirited Oaks. Suggest the Sidcup v 100's game to be MOTD, however Guildford v Tring might be more interesting to the neutral. As Shamrose has indicated there is a clear divide appearing at the top of the table and the battle to avoid relegation even more complex at this early stage. Good luck to all
