Cornish Pirates 5-0 Caldy - Caldy could get 4 tries
Doncaster Knights 5-1 Chinnor - Chinnor to get a losing bonus point, but Knights win with ease
Hartpury 5-2 Coventry - a big game for the battle for 2nd and bonus points are critical, I think Hartpury may edge it
Ampthill 5-1 London Scottish - so hard to call this, as who knows the squads, but home advantage here
Ealing Trailfinders 2-5 Bedford Blues - heart over head! Blues can and have done it before and have the squad to turn over Ealing, but could also lose by 50 points if they don't turn up!
Nottingham 5-2 Cambridge - although a good opportunity for Cambridge to spring a surprise!

Cov's horrendous injury list grew larger during the Ampthill defeat.
It pains me to say it, but I would be relieved even with a 5 -1 result !!

The patched together side that played the second half against Ampthill look unlikely to gain a bonus point of any sort.  Is our pitch to blame for yet another injury-plagued season...?

Bought tickets to go earlier. The stands looked pretty full. There should be a lot of Blues fan coming to see Adamson get the all time club try record. Although it’d be better at Goldington Road.

  4. David Bridge
  5. Sean Lonsdale
  6. Rob Farrar

We are a little light in the 2nd row with Frost and we have gone for Garside on the wing for his better defence than Worley. We have more Saints than usual on the bench with the injuries.

Bedford Blues Replacements:

16. James Fish, 17. Jamie Jack, 18. Beltus Nonleh, 19. Ed Prowse, 20. Archie Benson, 21. Jake Garside, 22. Matt Worley, 23. Toby Cousins

Unavailable for selection this week:
