My Guesses: Nottingham 1 - 5 Doncaster - wishful thinking perhaps, but I think the lads will want to prove a point Cambridge 1 - 5 Ealing - I think Ealing will win, but Cambridge will get a try bonus Coventry 5 - 2 Ampthill - this could be a challenging encounter for Coventry but I think they should have enough in the engine room to do the job Hartpury 2 - 5 Bedford - it depends on which Hartpury turns up, and which Bedford turns up. Both very good teams on their day but Bedford to pip it at the death. Scottish 1 - 5 Caldy - LS Harlequins could do the number but if standard team runs out Caldy should be able to muscle in the result |

For the ordinary purposes of conversation, a superficial knowledge of many things goes further than an intimacy with one or two.

Don’t know, but they are playing. Latest score 7-0 according to Donny Twitter, which gives scores the wrong way round ie the away team, Donny, are winning…

Ealing team to take on Cambridge: This is a strong side, albeit with a number of key players missing due to injury. Nice to see Nathan Earle get a run out after a very good series of cup games earlier in the year. A bit of a younger bench than last week, hopefully they can get some meaningful game time. Rayn Smid captains the side for the first time in a while. 1 Will Goodrick-Clarke 2 Matt Cornish 3 Biyi Alo 4 Bobby De Wee 5 Andrew Davidson 6 Rob Farrar 7 Ollie Newman 8 Rayn Smid 9 Lloyd Williams 10 Dan Lancaster 11 Nathan Earle 12 Billy Twelvetrees 13 Reuben Bird-Tulloch 14 Angus Kernohan 15 Max Bodilly 16 Mike Willemse 17 Kyle Whyte 18 Jimmy Roots 19 Danny Cutmore 20 Josh Taylor 21 Jordan Burns 22 Dan O’Brien 23 Will Montgomery |

It finished 20-14, or 14-20... the visiting team from Yorkshire won, points split 4-1 (or 1-4)

The pitch was wet but playable some poor decisions by the knights meant kickable penalties not taken and a dodgy call at the death denying the Knights a bonus point win. Nottingham played well and on reflection deserved at least 1 point.
Alway enjoy my time there, the people are great - thanks for the great welcome
