On checking the National Clubs Association website, National 2 North shows Harrogate at the bottom on minus 5 points and Huddersfield immediately above on minus 4 (having gained a losing bonus point).
What have both clubs done to incur these penalties?

Easy one that - failed to fulfill fixtures towards the end of last season. 5 point deductions ineffective in a season of no relegations so carried over to 22/23
