It would seem Steve Borthwick is unable to keep hold of his coaching staff and England have lost conditioning coach Aled Walters and Defence coach Felix Jones both World Cup winning coaches with South Africa and Kevin Sinfield now only part time skills coach.
With autumn internationals coming up it’s not ideal. They certainly will have been well remunerated. So what is the problem

Something isn't right.
A decent 6 nations and a developing team. So it seems odd that coaches are leaving.

I wonder if Leinster have opened their cheque book.

Jones apparently lives in Dublin and Nienaber is already there.

Yes I think you could be right Paul10  I don’t think it’s Leinster. Possibly Ireland With Andy Farrell taking a sabbatical and Easterby stepping up as Head coach that will have left a space as defence coach. I might be wrong and he’s joining his namesake in Japan. Ha Ha

Various reports suggest unhappiness in the England camp was the reason for the departures.

Mind you they could have been unhappy because they weren't earning as much as they could elsewhere but I doubt money was the sole reason.

Seriously the way the RFU throws money at the International game it was never money.
The players were on £25000 a game a few years ago

Big fall out with coaches in New Zealand. Maybe Leon Mc Donald is coming here and Felix Jones to the All Blacks
