RFU chief executive Bill Sweeney received £16,000 pay rise to £684,000!

Clearly not based on my criteria for performance related pay. A reward for what? Community game still being short changed, Champ a total mess, 2 prem and 1 champ club going bust.

I would say the £684k he gets paid per year is more than  Caldy and Nottingham’s champ budget

Total joke …surrounded by yes people who won’t do a thing and all put in place by him.
There is something very very wrong with this!

£57k a month, nice gig!

It's impossible to see how this is justified.

Add inept showing from England team at World Cup and woeful handling of Eddie Jones to the list. Seems he is untouchable.

I thought England played well. Semi final was a good result for that team.

A good draw enabled a mediocre England team to progress as far as they did had they been on the other side of the draw I’m not sure they would have gotten out of their group.

His role is far more than how the Mens National Team do surely???

He has overseen the demise of 3 Premiership Teams, let alone the sad situation around Jersey and the Championships future.

Funding for Grassroots clubs has been continually slashed.

Where are our Rugby Development Officers?

The farce around introducing the new tackle height without consultation.

The massive overspend on Twickenhams redevolpment

Eddie Jones

I could go on and on....the man should not have been given a pay rise it should be a P45!

Payrise is one letter different from Praise.
Well, it was only a 2.5% pay rise, so that is faint praise.
