Good to see them fulfilling their games, they've conceded a few this season....

Good they are playing this week but looking on the RFU site they only seem to be fulfilling home match commitments.

I know they had to "borrow" a few players to fulfil one of their games, could just be down to player availability.

Lions 'A Team' take on National League 1 side Bishop Stortford's 2nd Team

In a keenly contested game the score was Lions A XV 17 (3 tries) - Bishop's Stortford 2nd XV 33 (5 tries).

Lions did extremely well against a 2nd XV from National League 1 side Bishop's Stortford, especially in the second half with a comeback showing Lions determination and character. There was some impressive talent on show, who will soon be pushing for first team places,

From the personnel i know at Lions, their side is shot to pieces at the moment.

BS 2nd XV have been taking a few beatings so far this season, 83-19, 64-20 etc. So could be a long season in the shield, if they're failing to beat BS. Regardless they're getting a game on, and rugby is played so well done.

Lions results might suggest they are far from shot to pieces, they are in their second season running an "A" team, still a way to go with that.
