To be accurate AC Milan are actually Associazione Calcio Milan and Inter Milan are Football Club Internazionale Milano so our anglicised versions are arguably more correct than the commonly used local names albeit we should refer to Inter Milano.

Upto now Rotherham Titans have named 12 signings for this season, they are announcing 2 players every Friday.  Keeps the intrigue and expectations going through this Non Rugby period.

Re-signings

Zak Poole,  Keifer Laxton,  Augustin Defelitto,  Rikki Stout and Harry Newborn.

New Signings

Joe Carlisle,  Colin Quigley,  Michael Hills,  Lewis Taylor,  Callum Bustin,  Dan Lamb and Alastair Donkor.

Joe Carlisle - vast experience in the Premiership, and in France and the Championship.
Colin Quigley - one of the Championships top Props,  from Doncaster.
Michael Hills - outstanding Back-Row player from Doncaster, he's been their Captain for the last 7 yrs.

Our squad is building nicely, we just need some Rugby now for them to play.

Carlisle and Hills were both at London Welsh.  One is an outstanding player, will give everything for the shirt, while the other is the most frustrating player I've ever seen in a LW shirt.
Quigley is a Championship legend, right up there with Alan Paver of the Pirates in my opinion - proper old school prop, although must be getting on a bit now.

He was 39 in May so has years to go yet.

He's only a Whippersnapper, well he is compared to me.

He says he would like to reach 100 games for the Titans, so we should have him with us for a couple of seasons.  Certainly one of our ex players who will be welcomed back with open arms.

Perhaps they are recruiting insular characters as they do not have much support

Perhaps they are building on their improvement from last season. After watching Dings v Bournemouth I stayed on to watch them take on Henley as their ground was unfit. They totally outplayed the Oxfordshire side and dented their promotion hopes.

Clifton seem to have days when they are unplayable then others when they are distinctly ordinary

Leicester Lions adding to their squad ahead of hopefully the NCA cup competition adding winger Zach Bean from Kettering to their squad. Also Daniel Martin has re- joined, the back row player having taken a year out of the game.
