Has something (that I have missed) happened at OEs?

A number of players seem to have moved on, but haven't seen anything about players moving in.

My understanding is the players have been told there will be no payments until possibly the end of the season so if they wish to move clubs OEs has to allow them to do so as they cannot keep their side of current contracts. Apparently close to double figures are in the process of leaving.

Relying on one person is so precarious.

Always sad to hear of anyone dying, especially someone who invested in our great sport

Just spotted what must be former OEs forward Mike Kovacic coming off the bench for Rosslyn Park and scoring a debut try

Charlie Mulchrone, scrum half recently retired from Harlequins, and now a coach there, joined Richmond a few weeks ago. He's very good.

Talented OEs full back Louis Brown has also left the club, signing for Coventry in the Championship.

Yes, announced a few days ago. Didn't make the squad yesterday though, although with the number of backs missing through injury and suspension atm (another went off and was taken to the medical centre during the game yesterday) his chance could come quite soon.

Another talented OE’s player, Alex Goble, has left the club and gone to Richmond. Last one out turn off the lights.

The cut off date was 22 Feb, so presumably the paperwork and Notice were dealt with before then. If players aren't being paid, as seems possible from other posts, it's a bit rough on them if they're made to stay.
From what I saw the week before last, the difficulties don't seem to have affected OE's spirit.

Mowden Park have, on a loan basis, tighthead prop Xavier Valentine from London Scottish. He played for Leeds Beckett University and Yorkshire Carnegie while doing his degree.
