Yes, does look good.
Only downside for me is the word Marstons!
(Still, on balance, a slight step up from GK).

The town I live in is a Marston's town, and until fairly recently it was difficult to find anything else. Happily, with them selling off a lot of their estate, several of their previous houses are now privately-owned and managed, with a couple being run by an excellent local brewery.
Hopefully more will follow as things get back to 'normal'.

Back in the day I used to seek out Marston's Pedigree & their Best Bitter in the Rose & Crown on the old A6 north of Penrith and I thought it was well worth the journey from Durham. I also highly rated Vaux, Nimmo's, Camerons & Federation Best in those days so in my memories they are still probably excellent beers. I left England well over 40 years ago but surely beer must still be excellent - people would surely complain if standards slipped.

Vaux stopped brewing, but the brewer set up on his own to brew Double Maxim.
Vaux decided they made more money from hotels.

You probably slightly misunderstand.
Their beer may well be ok, but, per my careful wording, I don't care for it.
We're all different (thankfully).
As for Peddy - it just gives me a filthy headache!

Marstons biggest real ale brewers in country. Jennings, Wychwood, Ringwood, Charles Young etc etc. Must be one you like from those breweries!

However, I haven't as yet.

I'll stick with those I know I enjoy, though, and real cider on the odd occasion it's available (any clubhouses serve Harry's Scrummage or Whin Hill Perry? No, I thought not).

Probably referring to Wells & Youngs (the merged breweries that the Marston/Bonks behemoth absorbed in its tentacles some time ago.
