Cocentry 4 Ampthill 1.No idea really
Doncaster 4 Jersey 1. Jersey may surprise with new lineout expert
Hartpury 4 Nottingham 0.On paper that's what is likely
Pirates 1 Ealing 4. May go other way on grass
Saracens 5 Bedford 0. George at 17 stone plus has transformed the Saracens scrum and Bedford will be crushed by the efficient Saracens box kicking machine. Lineouts still dodgy though.

Coventry 1-4  Ampthill  Should be close a handful of points either way

Jersey 4-1 Doncaster Home advantage to just give Jersey the edge by 3-5 points

Hartpury 4-0 Nottingham Home advantage to be key factor

Pirates 2-2 Ealing Tie of the round and too close to call

Saracens 5 0 Bedford Christians v Lions stuff banker home win

Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

Our pitch is too wide for you muscle bound maulers from Jersey CC Big smile

But as it is your home game have you requested the pitch be marked up to reflect your ground Wink

I'd never complain about the pitch at Castle Park mate - best in the league but if the Donny forwards would be good enough to insert a few pounds of lead in their boots in the second half to emulate playing up the slope at St Peter I would be most grateful. Hoping to send some Royal gifts from St Ouen for the multitude of Jersey alumni up there and a bottle of blackcurrant rum for Bodes but gutted I can't take them myself. I've got a couple of bottles of Timothy Taylors Yorkshire beer ready to watch online but I'd trade them for a bovril & a wedge of pie if I could blag a seat on the charter and be there.
Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

I will have a word regarding the lead in the boots, not sure how Bodes will take it, but perhaps after he has sampled your blackcurrant rum he will be slightly more amenable LOL

I do feel your pain, and I would sacrifice my Gin collection to be sat in those stands this weekend. However, I will have to settle for the virtual experience of the streaming opportunity.
Onward and Upwards C'mon Donny!

My order already in mate. Brilliant service from Janet (aka the magician) and Ashley for making it possible and if it survives the predatory efforts of the Jersey forwards on the executive charter I hope to be enjoying it in St Ouen by about 9pm tomorrow night.

Ealing have made life harder as they are only showing the team on a video this week so far and they are not in numerical order. Anyhow, here is the team. No big changes or surprises except to say that they are starting with their best set of forwards and not the second string that got subbed after 35 minutes against Hartpury. I hope they're already on the bus to avoid any late arrivals like a couple of years back...

1. Will Davis 2. Alun Walker, 3. Elliot Millar-Mills (on his 50th appearance), 4. Bobby De Wee, 5. James Cannon, 6. Kieran Murphy, 7. Simon Uzokwe, 8. Rayn Smid (c), 9. Craig Hampson, 10. Craig Willis, 11. JCR, 12. Pat Howard, 13. Max Bodilly, 14. Angus Kernohan, 15. David Johnston

On the Bench: 16. Sean Malton, 17. Kyle Whyte, 18. Lewis Thiede, 19. Simon Linsell, 20. Harry Casson, 21. Guy Thompson, 22. Jordan Burns, 23. Luke Daniels

That is a seriously strong line-up.
Speak softly, but carry a big stick.

Not sure if this link will work. Hope Donny do the right thing with home dressing room and shirt color tomorrow - in Millais carrot will have a red shirt on!
