I do not think so, but there is a limit on how many can appear in a match day squad.

Level 3: no more than three Loan Players and no more than six England Academy
Players under the age of 24 as at 1 September 2021. After the Transfer Deadline,
only those England Academy Players who have already played or been selected
as a replacement or substitute in a League or Cup Match for the Club’s first XV
prior to the Transfer Deadline will be permitted to be selected in a League or Cup
Match for the Club’s first XV, unless otherwise approved by the RFU Head of
Academies

Mowden have their squad of 38 (19 forwards, 19 backs) on the website. It doesn't seem to be complete as there are players, such as Sam Shanks and Sol Kench, who were involved in the first two pre-season games, who aren't on the first team, and will probably feature throughout the season.

Though the squad might seem pretty big, as there will, if the current rules on player movement continue into the season, be no loan or dual registered players, there has to be plenty of cover for work commitments and injuries.

I hope we can sign another hooker or hope one of the eight props can play competently in that position, because only having one in the squad is far from ideal.

https://www.mowdenpark.com/teams/11810/the-team

FS we always have Ralph Appleby who can cover hooker, and Tank if they can get him to play for firsts

FS / front 5: Sam Shanks and Sol Kench are youngsters (17 yrs old) two good lads who are included in the squad for pre season experience, its unlikely they will feature this season they are definitely ones for the future and its anticipated there will be a maximum of four loan players when they are available.

I presume this is the Levi Davis currently scoring excellent tries for Worthing in N2S
