Roth were actually down to 12 at one point and for the first time Roth were second best in the scrum, not all the time but they are a very powerful scrum. Don’t know who their no.6 is but he is one hell of a player. They did have two Exeter loanees but nonetheless that shouldn’t take anything away from their efforts today.
They won a number of our line outs. Roth were still down to 14 at the end (I think) and we didn’t have any real chances 2nd half but we never gave up, won the pen and cue bedlam. We got out of jail there but we’ll take it but well played Plymouth & safe journey home. |
