   Coincidentally, Cov appear to have got the plan for the west side of the ground under way (according to local reports).Originally I believe the aim was for apartments with a covered terrace attached. Now it appears that some kind of deal is on the cards with Extra Care for 'later living' apartments together with health/well-being type provision, bistro etc.
Hopefully the covered terrace is still part of the picture.
If so, I would imagine this would take the licensed capacity potential to 6-7000, with the Butts Road end still available for development (and the railway end too if they decide that's necessary).
