It is at level 5 (or at least some form of boundary, which is usually rope, is needed)

Are people confusing the barrier around the pitch, and the opaque six-foot high barrier around the ground.
Ampthill has one, but not the other.
In fact, very few rugby clubs do.

Maybe the same time that the FA Premier League capacity requirement was raised to 10000?

well finally they have started ! the bobbers stand has been pulled apart from inside and seating and media reinstalled so that the club can meet the 10k capacity all seater criteria and can accomodate the worlds media.
