U20's have had a knockout tournament. A League and B league I believe. Finals to be played on 1st May at Sixfields. I know Berkshire are playing Northumberland in the B final. Cornwall are in the A final and suspect they'll be playing Yorkshire.

Div 1
Lancashire 24 Cornwall 28
Kent 34 Yorkshire 13

Div 2
Durham 22 Northumberland 38
Essex 21 Berkshire 24

Finals at Sixways instead of TW2 

No Senior England Counties, no England U20 Counties and I believe the Divisional program i.e. North, Midlands, South West and LSE all self-funded
