The clubs can request it. Obviously they have to meet certain criteria.
Bury are playing Guernsey on a Friday night.

I believe such fixtures have to be agreed between the respective clubs - such as Moseley vs Esher on 16 September 2022.

Rams and Chinnor have played Friday Night Lights games for the last couple of seasons, big crowds and a great atmosphere at both grounds.

This will be Chinnor's 5th Friday night fixture this season, after two against Rams and two against Rosslyn Park

Not wishing to tempt fate, nor have I spoken to any of the committee, but if Leicester Tigers are playing on a Saturday, then just possibly a Friday night against a localish side could pull in a few more spectators?
