Great game at Dorking yesterday and well done to Sevenoaks.  They were very clinical on the break and held out well at the end

It could be a very important two bonus points for Dorking with North Walsham away next week!

I agree Shamrose. A wonderful game of rugby, with a massive crowd, and well done to the sevenoaks and their supporters. They are all very nice people.

Dorking though didnt need Sevenoaks on the field yesterday. They just beat themselves! The number of missed chances, were enormous. At least 6 trys were left on the field. The Sevenoaks no10 rang rings round Dorking in the first half, and he was the difference!

The key though for Dorking, and it has been since the DOR took his position is tactical depletion. Why would you play the best no8 in the league in the 2nd row, when there were 2 very adequate replacements playing on the field next to them for the 2nd team?

The 2nd team game was also fantastic 38-38. Again a wonderful advert for the game.

Sevenoaks, Dorking and North Walsham are the 3 best teams in this league, and they all deserve to be promoted. I hope they all go up.

What greets them in the league above is formidable, and it will be an exciting season in 22/23.

There still remains some business to be done this season, especially if NW beat Dorking on Saturday.

The RFU website has Sevenoaks on 97 and Dorking on 96. My very basic maths tells me that 19 x 4 and the 19 bonus points is 95. Have the RFU got the total wrong or the bonus points wrong?

No. Dorking were awarded a point when Tring defaulted. The same is applied when cs stags defaulted
Cheers

Fantastic game of rugby on Saturday at the Big Field.
THE best two teams in the league and a great advert for this level of rugby.
Congrats to Sevenoaks for being that one score better on the day Clap
Three games to play and each team will want the full 15 points on offer, which wont be easy.
Well done to CS Stags too - a great boost for them.

A great game to remember. Dorking gracious in defeat especially when the dorking coaches delivered a case of morretti onto pitch for 70aks players at final whistle.

WR. You wouldnt have thought so if you had seen the game and watched the intensity and the ferocious tackling that went on  for 80mins. Neither side gave an inch and the quality of play from both teams didnt falter. A perfect match between two very ambitious clubs which went right to the wire. Very harsh on Dorking in final minute to be denied a winning try from a driving maul under the posts for 'Accidental Offside', but it is what it is. Very impresssed with Oaks turning defence into attack and scything through D's sleepy defence on at least two occasions. All in all the best game of the season
