FYI shingler is asst coach to Ealing women in the premiership alongside Barney Maddison ex of LW and Bracknell , looking to play for us when Ealing not playing will probably play in 50% of games . He is no longer coaching us that role taken over by tommy Bell , who is a player/coach

So, I have looked at the round 2 predictions, and the results are in:

Robb got all results correct, and 50% of the points. Well done Sir. This puts you 10 points in front at the moment. Long way to go.

if we can do predictions in the relevant Round/Week Thread, it will save me hunting for them pretty please.

There seems to be a few interesting games this weekend already with Hammersmith & Fulham vs Horsham could already see a split between bottom two and rest of the league

Also excited to see CS Stags continue some amazing form so far, whilst on the other hand been a little shocked by Tunbridge Wells started and it doesn't get easier for them this week

The draw keeps the 4 unbeaten sides apart from each other - can all of them go to 4/4 or will we get the 1st demonstration (this season) or the 'anyone can beat anyone' maxim?

And after the break, Regional 1 rugby back again!

Resurgent Tunbridge Wells taking on the London Welsh and a top of the table clash between the Civil Service and Jersey looking like the picks of the week.

Will be interesting to see how CS Stags go against Jersey. If they continue their form and smash Jersey it'll be a huge statement

Other than that can see a Wimbledon and Welsh win to keep the top moving away

Bracknell vs Maidenhead & Camberley vs Old Alleynians to fight for mid table glory and 5th spot supremacy

I think Jersey will find out very quickly how tough this league can be. But given they seem to be bringing back all the Reds' old pros, it will be interesting.  With Welsh and Bracknell, Welsh also bringing in the old pros from the old club too should have them challenging.

Wimbledon, assuming they haven't had another exodus, should have a good challenge against Camberley (do they still not want to go up?). Alleynians are going to be the surprise package but its a tough opener away at the Civil Service. The other two, I'm not sure how to call but I reckon Horsham will probably make the most of their second chance at this level and I reckon Hammers hammer brighton.

Almost a 1/3rd of the way through the season, and there appears to be a clear divide at 5th position in the league. Jersey seem to have hit the ground running, I am just hoping we have some guys back from injury before we meet London Welsh on 9th November. Should be a cracking match.

Hope you all enjoy the rest week.

Agree Teddy, the top 5 already are pulling away at speed with third onwards not giving themselves much room for error too already

The Jersey VS London Welsh game should be an absolute nail biter in the next round, blink and the game may be lost. Pity not a driveable away day for the neutrals but result will be very interesting and potentially bring some other teams closer in to it

CS Stags vs Wimbledon could also see Wimbledon pushed out of the race after there last few results

Neutrals should consider making a w/e of it for Jersey v London Welsh - easyJet prices from Gatwick very affordable = as low as £58 return if you are flexible on times, or loads of sub-£100 options.

League is shaping up interestingly altho I sense we'll see results that upset the league table/form - JRFC have had two close shaves already...
