If anything, the score flattered Richmond who were out of the game for long periods when Park dominated. Park were without a recognised flyhallf and missed 3 conversions and 2 penalties that you'd think they should have got (not to disparage Craig Holland who played 10 and had an outstanding game other than from the kicking tee). Park will be disappointed to not have got the try bonus point and also that they left Richmond with the losing bonus point.

OE’s take Rams 18month home record
They were good value for the win as well For a home side not losing for 18 months, they were 0-5 at home, that’s a great result for OE’s One which 90% of the predictions got wrong! All even after 60 minutes but Es pulled away in the last 20 They look like they are starting to gel and the forward pack put in a massive shift Going for two push over tries against a Rams pack that’s been on top most games this year The next few games will be interesting as they will have a chance to close the gap at the top The young Yorkshire Carnegie player Brown at 15 looked a class act and the man mountain at loose head Holenstein , each caused Rams massive problems. Remember Ampthill were in this position last year till they went on a 17 games unbeaten run to take the title! Edited by Intouch - 16 Nov 2019 at 20:57 |
