Yes that was a try fest! Getting close at the top now...Chinnor piling on the points week in week out. Good result for Cindy on the road too. Great league.

Chinnor without the Leicester winger today too...not sure whether injured or recalled.

Have RAMS got injuries or are the opposition just raising their game? Very good result for DMP. Silverfish saw it comingto his credit (I did raise my eyebrows when he did).

RAMS may like Jasper to tip the opposition this week

Rams 5 - 0 Darlington Mowden Park
Did I say Rams all the way last time out? This time it will be Rams all the way as DMP's Northumbrian Uni recruits, who have surprised, find speed cancelled by speed. Might be a good game though.

We are looking forward to our return trip to DMP. It’s been sometime since I was last there. Should be a very good game. I can’t wait. Great result again yesterday.

See you next week.

There is a match report on the Mowden website and a highlights video with the many scoring plays.

It looks like a game played with high levels of skill and ambition, a great advert for National 1 rugby.

Thanks FS. Great game, particularly some of the Mowden tries and how well they were taken.

Your 10, Louie Johnson, was absolutely brilliant. One of the best all round fly half performances I've ever seen at this level. I saw that he is the starting 10 fo the England U20. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that he could be an understudy to Ford and Farrell now, and perhaps at the next World cup in 4 years time!

Thanks too FS. A very exciting finish.

I used to watch the Chinnor highlights last year, but they don't seem to be being posted this season which is a shame as match reports suggest some great tries are being scored.

Sedgley v Leicester Lions - photos of a good game in very wet conditions

Also there's a very balanced and accurate match report on the Lions' site. Hope I'm okay to post this.

I think Johnson is a very good player, a flyhalf with a solid all-round game and good pace to threaten defences. I don't think he would be above Marcus Smith and Finn Smith in the England flyhalf pecking order, but see no reason why he couldn't develop into an international-calibre player.

Thanks Fatbear, I'll look at those later today. Plymouth even had a post match analysis interview on YouTube with Ryan Lamb after the game yesterday.

Jasper knows his Plymouth rugby.....his following pre-match prediction...Chinnor good, very good but Albion are dogs of war and fitter and very, very physical. Chinnor scrum shut down.

On the money along with your match report.

All a much better watch than Saturday's scrum after scrum stodge (albeit I missed the opening tries).

I wonder whether you know why Browning has not played the last few games. Did Leicester listen to your glowing assessment and recall him or is he perhaps injured? Tried google but couldn't find anything.

PS DMP may have a case for a forward pass on the late try.
