Premiership II plans announced

I realise there'll be those in the 'every word spoken by BS is total BS' camp, but if the RFU's CEO says in late January that next season's Champ will be 14, with the current 12 + 1 up + 1 'invitation' then personally I'd be pretty surprised if that turned out to be wrong. Certainly I'd say more chance of that than the various notional 'blank sheet of paper' ideas that people throw in about how they think things should be structured, as FHLH has above. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I really don't think we'll see that sort of 'root-and-branch' change this year - possibly at some stage down the line...
