Struggle to understand how Gloucester under Ackermann bring in 8 South African players, change the culture at the club, and then allow the main man to disappear abroad. Will those players stay? And surely if they do they will not be staying under the coach they thought they were going to have who obviously understood the SA culture. Strange his contract did not have him locked into next season.

I agree with that. That's the weakness of becoming dependant on overseas players.
