Chinnor emerged from their RFU enforced mid-season hibernation to claim victory at Cambridge and come away victorious in the inaugural Not the Premiership Cup Cup on a glorious spring afternoon at the Elligia Fields.

Hopefully never to be played again!

I hope you have insured this valuable trophy and given it pride of place.
I was a good game, but we made too many errors, including the pass you intercepted.

I did see a picture of the Trophy and from a distance it did look impressive...a larger version of the Claret Jug perhaps. Is there a story behind it?

Was there an RFU representative there to shake hands with the players and present medals...?

They did not even turn up when Cambridge got promoted.
So once again we asked Lord Archer to present the cup.
