Activity ongoing at Sixways, and an announcement imminent apparently. April 1st?
Not sure why they are dismantling a stand, unless they plan to give it to another Championship club to help them fulfill the MOS criteria to remain at Tier 2 moving forwards. |

If anyone is thinking of buying it, they may wish to inspect it carefully. Cov bought the last North Stand from Wuss and it had to be scrapped fairly quickly due to safety concerns. I seem to remember a spectator falling through it!

Ah, you may be right.
However, the Cov 'West Stand' (ex North Stand) was seriously rotten underfoot, and was scrapped.

My guess, but why would they want an old temporary stand with the maintenance, stewarding and certification costs when they have 3 permanent stands? Maybe a fan zone with food and drink outlets. It surely can't be necessary for anticipated attendances at Championship level. Maye overdue prudent planning. :-( |

A couple of signings for Warriors apparently, neither of which are spring chickens but bring a lot of experience with them.
Not sure why the RFU haven't just come out and confirmed Wuss as the invited club. Now they've survived the SGM furore I would have thought they'd get back to business as usual with their announcements. |
