   They were 4th and 7th and both sides were relegated. so 5th and 8th. 

And yes, the president is talking of both sides being promoted.
And of the need for player recruitment. 

But talk is cheap, what sort of budget are they going to run?
Is their sponsor still willing to back roll them?

I was assuming, albeit on limited evidence, that the reason they were prepared to countenance the deal, was because they could not afford to continue running a semi-professional side. 

But of course i could be wrong, it could be their year next year.
