Championship - week 6 predictions

I missed last night’s match so here are my remaining predictions.

Ampthill 0 v Jersey 4
Doncaster 0 v Ealing 4
Hartpury 5 v Leeds 0
Newcastle 5 v Coventry 1
Nottingham 4 v Bedford 0

Agreed. That was LS last home game for just under 2 months. Who on earth organises a so called competition where a team has no home fixture for this length of time? No wonder crowds are getting fewer and fewer.

The Championship has little credibility at the best of times but this pathetic level of organisation beats the biscuit.

Pirates continue not being capable at winning at RAG.

The Pirates have not won at the RAG since 2011 and have already lost their in the cup this year.. So London Scottish should be favourites to win tonight again.

London Scottish 0 v Cornish Pirates 5 Scots up against it and Pirates full of confidence
Ampthill 4 v Jersey 1 Amps to nick this, maybe as little as one point in it

London Scottish 1 v Cornish Pirates 5 ... LS's form seems to have dropped off since the early cup games, which means that I have just given Pirates the CC kiss of death. Good game this one.
Ampthill 1 v Jersey 4 ... Ampthill have proved that they are in this division on merit and will provide a tough game for the Reds. They will also be looking to overturn a certain game at HQ in the Nat 3 play offs which Jersey won.
Doncaster 0 v Ealing 5 ... Knights just don't seem to be able to get the ball over the whitewash this season and they will need to score tries if they have any hopes of beating Ealing. Comfortable away win for me.
Hartpury 5 v Leeds 0 ... Still can't see YC cracking this seasons cherry yet.
Newcastle 4 v Coventry 1 ... The top 2 meet and this could be a really tight game, but I think that the Falcons will be too good at home.
Nottingham 4 v Bedford 1 ... What has happened to the Blues this season? I think that this will be a tight game, but unless Bedford can find their free flowing spirit I can't see anything other than a home win.
