Morning all

Just a quick thank you for the great hospitality we received at Ionians yesterday pre during and post match. Great to meet up with many again and FBR in particular. Sadly I missed Mally maybe next time.

I hope Ionians have successful season see you all in the new year

All the best

Cheers Sedge,
It's always a pleasure to host a tradtional rugby club committe, with traditional rugby club values. Also, nice to see the Rotherham lads again. It is a great compliment to our hospitality that they wanted to join us.

Enjoyed seeing your half-backs yesterday. Your 10 could make drop-goals fashionable again!
We have now lost to the best two teams in the league by only a score. Still a long way to go.

How do you know they are the 2 best teams in the league until you have seen all?
I don't believe you have played Hull or Stourbridge yet

That is my opinion.
You may or may not agree. That is your choice.

Thanks, I dont agree.
Hull should have really beaten Stourbridge and had they, they would be 8 from 8 - I think that means they are a pretty good side

I didn't say that Hull or Stourbridge are not 'pretty good sides'. I made no comment about either.
I simply believe that Sedgley Park and Rotherham are the two best teams in N2N. Time will tell.

Wonders will never cease , for once in our long association I have to agree with Sid James .

Along with Fylde, Rotherham and Sedgley Park are most probably the strongest teams in this league, and I would hazard to guess the only 3 teams who would jump at the chance of gaining promotion this season to N1.
If Rugby is the game they play in Heaven ..... Why does it hurt like Hell when you retire?

Looks like I might be at least 50% right. Still a long way to go.

7 from 7 and amazing spirit up the hill today in the second half - Big credit Wharfedale, who are a good side and fought well, but we seem to be ticking boxes in many departments
