About the same as I did 50 years ago!

I wonder what their alcohol regime is ...... 🍺

Definitely worth seeing - Cov the team to beat this season.

Not sure that video tells me anything as to why Cov are the team to beat. Sure they are one of the teams to beat but nothing more, yet. That situation may change later on but for now I am thinking Ealing then Jersey, are the teams to beat, followed by Cov and a couple of others.
Quite.

Lost the best player Lou Brown the 15
Certainly one of the better players, but quite well replaced. Will miss his kicking from hand, mind.

Well, they're mostly a year older than last season when they really did look young.

Didn't hurt their performance last season though.

Must cost a pretty penny both in squad, support staff and infrastructure

Jersey v Caldy scheduled for Saturday 9th March 2024. As a treat for My Much Younger Wife I have booked L'horizon hotel for the nights of Thursday 7th of March to Sunday 10th March inclusive. I needed to be prompt because this year about 500 Caldy supporters made the quick and easy flight from Liverpool to Jersey on Easy Jet's Ravers Special.

In 2023 Caldy got absolutely hammered on and off the pitch leaving salvaging the Ravers' pride to await the visit of the Caldy 2nd xv at the end of the season. Pride was duly restored.

I suspect that Caldy will travel in substantial force for the 9th March 2024 visit

Stop at the red bull sounds like a nice option- fortunately / unfortunately for me I will arrive on the supporters coach which means I might miss the red bull, but can avail myself of the opportunity to try the clubhouse ale

If there is more than one of you, I would get a taxi.

Might be as easy to walk:

- Station Road
- through the Botanical Gardens
- New Bit (mind the cows)
- Coe Fen (mind the cows)
- Sheep's Green (cyclists/cows)
- Lammas Land
- Barton Road (via The Red Bull)
- Grantchester Road

About half an hour.. 😁

Never knew that. The bus station and rail station are a mile apart but there are buses into the City Centre.

You might be better off on an e-scooter from the station 😎

Is this to set up a final week grand slam day?  Also better prep for a play off.
Who knows?
However, Cov are away on the opening day too.

I don't know if the TukTuk link has been set up but no, cab only I'm afraid. Cambridge public transport is from the 19th Century and cars are about to banned 🚫
