R1SC: Havant up, Bournemouth & Horsham down
R1SE: Colchester up, Westcliff & Rochford Hundred down
R1M: Oxford Quins up, Old Halesonians & Broadstreet down
R1SW: Devonport Services up, Okehampton & Weston-super-Mare down
R1NE: one of Heath, Harrogate or York up, Doncaster Phoenix & Pontefract down.  Harrogate have a game in hand at home to Phoenix on Good Friday, and a win will put them top with one to play.

I must admit I don't get to follow much Regional 1 rugby. Surprised to see Rochford and Westcliff going down to Level 6 now though, after being in Nat 2 just last season, what happened there to end up with two successive relegations?

Good luck to those still playing for titles or survival.
