With a couple of weeks to go looking to see fixtures for Women’s Competitions.
I live in BBC 3CR region, and look for Old Albanian Ladies, Buckingham Swans (St Albans is Champ South, Buckingham Champ North). A ‘long road’ two levels above Bedford, so nice to dream.

However could I find Old Albanian fixtures? No.
Seems an upgrade of RFU fixtures includes typos. It is wOld not Old. A hunt of lower case w showed other typos.

In a digital age, how many community clubs could see empty bars as people go to RFU website and cannot find Fixtures thanks to a typo?

Of course I would not go on X and publicly address this problem. That would be cheeky to say how useless I believe the RFU to be in an open forum. (Yes I have posted).

The older I get, the more the RFU leave me confused.

I've been struggling to find fixtures too.

I'll have to check using a silent w.

And still no results up - another example of RFU changing something that didn't need fixing

The results in our league went up at about 8:30pm, but the table was wrong. Welsh & Jersey - the only two sides to record bonus point wins - had one point each, as they'd managed to only give us both the try bonus and not four points for the win. That's been corrected this morning, but teams who are level on points are currently separated in alphabetical order rather than on points difference.

Teams who are level on points are still separated in alphabetical order rather than on points difference. Suppose they will sort it by Saturday.

Why we do we need fancy graphics on the Fixtures and Results page . Makes for difficult reading on smart-phones and takes ages to load compared to the old version.

There also seems to be a raft of "Name Witheld" even in the higher leagues. Why? Players not registered correctly (registered to club but not on GMS who knows?)
Try and flip the < button and you're knackered - much quicker to exit and start again which all takes time

One of our players is name with held and can not see why! Will make enquiries at the club tonight to see if any one else knows why.

The new results pages are a triumph of fashion over form. Don'r s'pose there was any consultation about the new layouts which waste far too much space when using on Smartphone.

Mind you this is countered by the new, and much improved, GMS interafce. This is rather better when using via PC browser but amending match cards using a Smartphone still reverts to a page with miniscule text.

Perhaps the logic is that the super-large results pages text is balanced by the super-small GMS pages?

Yes far too many graphics for a smartphone , considering many users access the site on game day .

Also no previous year data so you can’t check what happened in previous years encounter s

“Currently, there are no results to display, please check back later.”

We have also lost the top points and try scorers. Annoying because I have been putting this is in our programmes, and now have to compile it from a combination of Rugby Paper reports (I also submit scorers and match reports) and what is on the RFU site.

Bet the Rugby Paper aren't too pleased either because some of their tables have been ...... Censored

It's difficult to believe the RFU can't get it right isn't it Smile ?

You might very well think that, I couldn't possibly comment.

I suspect players are ticking a data protection box when they register themselves and that’s why their name may be withheld.
Rather defeats the object if that is the case.

What annoys me is the failing < , I look at a player in a team but have to go out and start the search again, I can't just go< and look at the next player!
