You’d probably be correct there except for it would also say… for founding members they will not need to comply with the new criteria due to their historic standing within the Premiership and English game!

There were plans submitted for a Blues Stadium but never got off the ground. They could have been a viable Premiership team. ------------- Ambition should be made of sterner stuff. |
