Well the start of round two and the last LSE1 games until 8th January 2022 so hope you get your fix on Saturday to sustain you, unless you are being dragged kicking and screaming to a family do like me! Two very interesting matches, with 2nd place Hertford hosting 3rd place North Walsham and in form 4th placed Sevenoaks travelling to a seemingly resurgent Westcombe Park (although this seems to be up for debate for a number of posters here) so a good derby in prospect. Dorking Tring Havant Brighton Hertford North Walsham Maidenhead Wimbledon Sidcup Tunbridge Wells Sutton & Epsom CS Stags Westcombe Park Sevenoaks One slight rule change in the sccoring is that if anyone does somehow score the full house of results and scores, the BP is now 10pts as it does deserves a bit more than 2pts more than the 3pts for getting all the results right. Roll on the 2nd round! |

Westcombe Park v Sevenoaks postponed to 5th Feb o/a Covid in both camps. I guess this might be the first of many. Lets hope we dont have a completely truncated season like 2019/2020! ------------- "Heaven prosper our sport" |

Dorking Tring 5-0 Dorking to overpower Tring Havant Brighton 5-0 Havant far too good for Brighton to get close to. Hertford North Walsham 4-1 Big game, very big crowd, and Carols with a brass band afterwards. Wouldn't dare lose  Maidenhead Wimbledon 0-5 Wimbledon to stroll this one Sidcup Tunbridge Wells 5-2 Not sure so gone home win. Sutton & Epsom CS Stags 5-0 This is just the fixture S&E need after their mauling last week. Westcombe Park Sevenoaks 4-1 Shame this is off....Pools Panel sitting? I hope all those suffering with Covid get well soon. Hope everyone has a great Christmas win, lose, or draw on Saturday.

No, but there is an RFU regulation that covers it. I think the problem is that if the RFU have cancelled all matches for this week (I know a lot have but I've yet to see an official declaration), they are probably just doing it under the guise that if one player caught it during training/a match/socialising, then potentially all the players might have it and could spread it during the next match. That's why the RFU have Regulation 22 that grants discretion in rearranging which Tring couldn't rely on because their one earlier in the season wasn't covid related.
