Maybe it will get easier CQ? Rugby Paper today, Phil Davies new DoR...."and we have some money available to add maybe 4 or 5 players....."

Anyone shocked? Club with heinous MO, talks about doing the same again!

Yes it’s incredible, but predictable. Little more to say that hasn’t been said many times before.

Totally shameless. Hopefully they'll get relegated. If Bedford do go down (or anyone else apart from Leeds) it would be disgrace.

Hope The Pirates can put another nail in their coffin this afternoon. Tough on the players and supporters, but justice needs to be done.

Four or five of Saracens’ biggest names might be enough for them to get out of trouble.

Ridiculous situation. If a club can’t manage without wholesale borrowing they shouldn’t be there.

At least he made an impact in The Rugby Paper - his appointment got the entire inside cover on page 2!

It's all news, isn't it? Much more interesting when things are going wrong. I think if they can borrow the entire Saracens first team they may escape. Their results so far are worse than any team I've seen in the Championship during the past few years. Their antics have wrecked Hull Ionians too. They've had similar cricket scores against. 86-7 on Saturday and fifty something the week before.

Excuse my naivety, but could the leniency shown to Leeds be as much to do with rugby in the North as anything else? Relegation is the only moral position to take, but when did morality worry RFU. Very surprised, if not disappointed / embarrassed for the game, to see they have some cash in the cupboard for some 3 month contracts.

Oh my G Leedshire or whatever they are called this week have money available to bring in players WHAT an ABSOLOUTE DISGRACE !!!! GAME IN TOTAL DISREPUTE , SHAMBLES. No wonder no one in game likes them apart from 300 souls they have left. If they don't go down and a good club like Bedford do WELL !!!! Justice must be done.

Couldn't a new league be set up containing just two clubs - Yorkshire Carnegie (or whatever they are calling themselves) and Saracens? They could play each other every single week and leave the Premiership and Championship free of their pollution.

Great idea WEvans, but it would need to be "ringfenced"!!!!

Ps For Phil Davies to make the comments about bringing 4 or 5 players in he is obviously oblivious to full nature of what happened at Leeds last year!!

On a serious note even with 4 or 5 Saracens or whoever, I dont see them avoiding relegation. Then hopefully the RFU will recognise there are bigger and better clubs in Yorkshire.
Run with it

Don't worry about The Blues, we'll be fine. Those who saw the game against London Scottish will know that. So logically, although we agree that they should not be in the division, every side needs to follow Pirates example 50 0. I find the idea of bringing in more players as money is available absolutely awful. So players who have agreed to play for them will end up not playing, Disgraceful.

And unless they are paid up front, the new players are unlikely to receive everything they are promised/contracted.

Shoddy all round.

Joe Ford, gone from Yorkshire Leeds Carnegie Tykes or whatever they are called today. In  typical whatever their name is the supporters have been magnanimous in their thanks to this Lad and his efforts at this place. Some of the comments  typify what this place is all about. Lets hope they and Saracens get what they truly deserve for bringing our game into disrepute.think its fair to say they are not even liked in Yorkshire.

So Leeds sack Coach but don’t get any better pumped at home Fri against fellow strugglers Notts. If they think Nat 1 will be a pushover just ask your mates at Rotherham !! You are in for a shock !!!!
